Roles & Responsibilities
The person in this role participates in pre-sales consulting and proposal step to support the Sales team in winning deal pitches:
- Perform consultancy (meeting, proposal) Customer Experience (CX), Customer Data Platform (CDP) to customers in retail, e-retail, banking, brands with retailing (fashion, cosmetics, food,..).
- Design, propose, and pitch solutions to customers in the sales process. In collaboration and support from CSM (Customer Success Manager), Product, Tech, and Digital Service teams.
- Have experience in any of these expertises: CX, CDP, CRM, Marketing Cloud, data, CSM, Data-driven Marketing, BI… (your deep experience will define your role in the pre-sales consulting team: from senior to manager).
- Consulting experts from other Business Sales/Marketing Solutions are also relevant.
- Have strong skills in presentation, proposal design, communication, and persuasion.
