Customer Success Manager

PrimeData is a leading digital consulting and marketing technology company helping business in Vietnam and South East Asia to transform into new digital and e-commerce economy with CDP, customer experience, and digital performance.

We are looking for more Customer Success and Consulting Team to help clients onboard and succeed in applying Customer Data and Retention Platform.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Win customer trust by pre-sales consulting of CDP and CX solutions for business clients from various industries (retail, finance banking, CPG, health, and beauty…).
  • Manage the customer on-boarding process to successfully deploy and apply CDP and CX platforms by working with their marketing, customer service, and tech teams.
  • Participate in other customer and marketing events with sales team to educate the market about CDP and CX platforms.
  • Learn and collaborate with Product & Marketing Team.
  • Report to Business Head.

Job requirements:

  • Perfect candidates may have 3-8 years in consultancy or deployment and operations of tech, digital, or performance media/marketing domains.
  • Have experience in ANY of these: CDP (customer data platform), engagement platform, retention platform, marketing tech & sales tech, ads tech, e-commerce performance marketing,…
  • Solid mindset and career path in becoming experts in data-driven marketing, or omni-channel customer experience, digital experience, growth hacking…
  • Education background in marketing, business, or technology is all welcome.
  • Great skills in solution presentation, persuasion, and coordination of project.
  • Presentation language: good English is a plus.
